“I didn’t know I was going to rediscover myself. Costa Rica Coaching Adventure was not just an intensive with Minor — it was an experience of leaving comfort and assumptions behind, to venture deep into the thick, misty jungle of my own thoughts. Those 3 days allowed me to focus on myself, as a person and as a Being, something I hadn’t done in a long time. Today I can say I came out different, transformed, yet somehow still myself — more real.”

I love having purposeful experiences, and this was one of them. The main impact, in short, was being exposed to a deep exercise in guided self-knowledge. We might often think we already know ourselves well enough — but the reality is something else. I, for example, gained greater clarity about my life projects across multiple dimensions: business, sports, family, work, and more. I also had the wonderful opportunity to learn a great deal about my brain behavior and concrete exercises to change what I want based on my behavioral patterns.
